1. Acknowledgment & Consent

By executing any database transaction, catalog browse, or account initialization on SkopeSana / Shop Sana, you are entering an autonomous, legally binding directive with our platform. You agree to operate strictly within the bounds defined herein.

2. Marketplace Dynamics

• Validation: We deploy algorithms to parse merchant legitimacy; however, SkopeSana acts as a conduit structure connecting buyers and approved vendors.
• Pricing: All catalog valuations are reflected in KSh (Kenyan Shillings) unless algorithmically scaled. Product availability logic is inherently dynamic and subject to immediate alteration by merchants.
• Transactions: All settlements routed via our external gateways (M-Pesa, Paystack) comply natively with local Central Bank mandates.

3. Fulfillment and Returns Code

Logistical delivery timelines are estimates routed via standard conditions. If an anomaly occurs within 7 days of hardware deployment, our 7-Day Buyer Protection Protocol takes effect, triggering return mechanisms provided physical hardware integrity remains unaltered.

4. Vendor Authorization Clause

Registered merchants deploying into the Shop Sana server agree to supply accurate, non-fraudulent hardware parameters. SkopeSana reserves absolute terminal authority to immediately sever any vendor credentials utilizing malicious sales strategies, overriding pending payouts if critical violations occur.

5. System Integrity & Modifications

SkopeSana architecture is strictly guarded. Scraping, synthetic data probing, and mass-download vectors without explicit API authorizations are strictly prohibited. These operational bounds may be recursively upgraded by High Command at any point without prior notice.
